Imagine sipping natural wines under the redwoods, surrounded by live music, tasty bites and mellow, smiling faces. That’s Big West Wine Fest, and we had a blast!

What is Big West Wine Fest?
If the name didn’t give it away, we will. Big West Wine Fest is a warm weather, small-town-vibes festival that celebrates the beauty of, and the community that makes, natural wine. Set amongst the old growth redwoods of Guerneville you’re just about as immersed in nature as you can be, all while still having enough reception to look up all your new favorite wineries.
Having taken place June 6th and 7th at Solar Punk Farms the weekend was an incredible opportunity to meet and greet with our kind of people. We poured our ice cold artesian water complimenting the place, craft and terroir of the rustic wine-sipping community.

Why is artesian water a great companion to natural wine?
Big West Wine Fest is known for its unfussy, natural and deeply honest love of California grapes. Its focus is on not only what is in the glass, but what goes into getting it there. And that's our vibe.
A good wine brings you back to its origins. It’s sun-warmed grapes, the complexities of it’s soil and the people who stewarded its growth. That same sense of origin is what makes our water unique.
Sourced from high in the Tahoe National Forest, our artesian water is the product of pristine blankets of snow, hundreds of feet of unforgiving granite filtration and the watchful eye of our founders, a water sommelier and a Tahoe local. As attuned to the land as we are to our bottling practices, we were beyond excited to connect with fellow earth conscious brands who speak our language.

How can you get involved?
We’re so proud to have attended this year’s festival and if you’re in the area (or are looking for a wonderful day trip!) we’d love for you to join us next year!
Got some down time? You can still peruse their expansive list of established and up-and-coming wineries here.

Water with Purpose
